Meet Geri 

Hello!  My name is Geri Maroney and I am a cancer survivor.  

When I heard the words "you have cancer", I was terrified and unsure of where to turn.  I was left struggling with how to manage the heavy emotional impacts of my diagnosis.  

After speaking to many others, they agree that there is a void at this step of the cancer journey, and it is my mission to help solve this problem.  

I don't want women to feel scared.  Instead, I want them to walk away from their initial appointment armed with resources to help them understand the emotional stages of caner and to let them know they are not alone.  

That is why I created Be Big and Brave, and why I wrote my book Beautiful Lady.  

I teach women to release negative emotions like fear and anger, so they can be replaced with courage and self-confidence.
